India concludes series with a whitewash

Indian team ferociously came as a nightmare for the Australian line up in the shortest format.

They took an unassailable lead of 2-0 at Melbourne in the three-match T20I series but what happened at Sydney was simply spectacular.

Australians were playing to save their pride where India were looking to cap off the tour with a whitewash.

On a batting paradise the Australian skipper Shane Watson decided to have bat first after wiining the toss.

The toss was though the only thing that went in Australia's favor.

They scored a grand total of a 197 thanks to Watson's firework.

He scored an unbeaten 124.

The visitors were all set to create a high voltage drama during their chase as Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli didn't take time to get their eye in.

The trio was evetually dismissed and everything was left at the disposal of T20 specialist Suresh Raina and sixer king Yuvraj Singh.
Andrew Tye was bowling the final over of the match with Yuvraj Singh on strike with a deficit of 17.

The first three deliveries went for 11 runs including a four and a "precisely" important six from the brutal stroke maker Yuvraj's bat and the rest was concluded by Suresh raina.
